So far I’ve had great service and good communication. I had one small problem with one of the services they did and it was corrected without question and an apology. Call and talk to Brianna in service to see if I could get a repair and oil change on my 2019 ford escape and was told first appointment for oil change was Thursday and said fine was then was transferred to t a repair and oil change on my 2019 ford escape and was told first appointment for oil change was Thursday and said fine was then was transferred to the parts department to see if part was available. I was about to make appointment for repair at 3pm on 12/5/22. Arrived about 2:30 for appointment was checked in by Mike Hartley then after about 15 minutes he noticed that I had an oil change scheduled for Thursday at 2pm and asked did I just want it to be done today? I said if at all possible that would be great. Mike said ok and everything was done in a hour and half. More

The service department is great, the sales department is lacking. You can service my car but I won’t be buying one from your dealership anytime soon. Horrible experience coming in to look at a new Ford Bron lacking. You can service my car but I won’t be buying one from your dealership anytime soon. Horrible experience coming in to look at a new Ford Bronco. I get policy and I get that not everyone should be able to drive one, because most aren’t serious buyers. Well I was and I wasn’t impressed with the sales person. I think the sales person forget they are representing more than a dealership, they’re representing a brand that people are loyal to. I love and trust my Ford and that’s why I keep buying them. You need better sales people and you need to relax your approach on reaching out to people. It’s aggressive and overbearing. More

My sons car is a 2016 Ford Focus and had very noticeable clutch issues, as do all the Focus’s . Although it wasn’t yet part of a law suit, Brianna in service and other employees at Ganley worked at gettin clutch issues, as do all the Focus’s . Although it wasn’t yet part of a law suit, Brianna in service and other employees at Ganley worked at getting my sons clutch plate replaced at no charge. We were extremely grateful for all their hard work and efforts in getting that done!! More
