Clean offices, professional, friendly staff. Manager was flexible regarding method of payment for my share of costs. Car was not at the dealership when I arrived for my appointment and they too Manager was flexible regarding method of payment for my share of costs. Car was not at the dealership when I arrived for my appointment and they took a long time to find it off-site. It also took too long for them to get to cleaning & gas up my new car. Locating the car and cleaning it should have been done before I arrived since I had an appointment and they knew the car I wanted to buy. More
