Since the purchase of the my Sonata GLS in July of 2009, Since the purchase of the my Sonata GLS in July of 2009, I have been pleased with Lester Glen Hyundai. I purchased the car in the old location from sales person Glen Gioe. Overall in was a pleasant experience, and the service since has been great. Last week I got a phone call wishing me Happy Anniversary. It had 2 years since my purchase, and I had been totally satisfied with my 2009, but had my eye on the new design since it came out. I periodically check out the Lester Glen site to check out prices and incentives, so the phone call prompted me to go down and check out the cars in person. I always like to just check out the stock myself before going inside, and as I did I was approached by a salesperson. I asked if Glen Gioe was still threr and was told he left. I really wanted to be left alone, but Bob Reyes was "gently persistent". He was very patient with me because I was very specific in what I wanted and he let me test drive two cars on a blisteringly hot day. I tried an GLS with Popular Equipment, what I wanted.But did not have one in a color I liked. I test drove an SE,(ride to rough). He told my friend and me to go wait inside in the air while he checked out some stock for me. In the showroom I spotted a beautiful Limited,(not in my budget). To make a long story short, Bob Reyes and sales manager Frank with alot of finese put it in my budget, and my payment where I wanted it. I still cannot believe that car (panoramic sunroof and all) is sitting in my garage. I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much Bob and Frank! Sincerely, Michael A. Schoales More

I would like to commend the staff of Toms River Lester Glenn Hyundai. It was the most pleasurable experience I ever had with a dealership from start to finish. Beginning with my salesman Ed Martins who wa Glenn Hyundai. It was the most pleasurable experience I ever had with a dealership from start to finish. Beginning with my salesman Ed Martins who was very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable thru the whole process with no pressure or timeframe to get the deal done. I purchased my third vehicle a 2011 Elantra from Lester Glenn on April 14,2011. Ed was very patient and took all the time i needed to go over all the new features and even paired up my Blue Tooth. Ed even went as far as putting two Elantras side by side for me to decide my color preferences. Ed introduced me to Jay (Sales Manager) and Brian ( Finance Manager) to get a great deal on my trade and finance options in getting my monthly payments where i needed them to be. I have been purchasing vehicles for over 40 years and this has been by far the most pleasureable experience and will defintely recommend Ed and Lester Glenn in the future. My husband and I went to the Lester Glenn Hyandai dealership today to get some information on the Sonata. Our salesmen, Will Doheny was wonderful. He took alot of time with us, listened to our needs dealership today to get some information on the Sonata. Our salesmen, Will Doheny was wonderful. He took alot of time with us, listened to our needs and wants and was extremely knowledgeable about the car. He took us on a test drive and patiently taught us about all of the amazing features of this beautiful car. He actually took the time to take me to a parking lot for an additional test drive because of my nervousness due to the weather. All this without even knowing if he would get our sale. He was never pushy and made the entire buying process a pleasure. Will also programmed the car for us right down to our cell phones and garage door opener, he was wonderful! Ron Garguilo, the Sales Manager, introduced himself and helped us get to a figure along with Will that would work for us. There was no "Good Cop Bad Cop" strong arm tactics, instead there was honesty and transparency. We decided to finance a portion of our purchase and we then met with Brian Pataky, the Finance Manager. Once again, we were so impressed, Brian after running our credit,checked with several different institutions in order to get us the best rate. He was a pleasure to deal with and also answered all of our questions on the financing portion of our purchase. Up until today, buying a new car was right up there with getting a root canal. Buying our car today at Lester Glenn was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We drove out with our beautiful new 2011 Hyundai Sonata and most importantly we drove out feeling good about the experience. Thank you Lester Glenn for having employees like Will, Ron and Brian. More

i am what you call, "car crazy", i've had over 250 cars i am what you call, "car crazy", i've had over 250 cars in my life. i've had my share of the phony sales pitches. let me tell you about lester glenn. i am what you call, "car crazy", i've had over 250 cars in my life. i've had my share of the phony sales pitches. let me tell you about lester glenn. this dealership deserves to be #1. there isn't any pressure from anyone, and my salesperson lauren afflitto, did everything possible to help me pick the car i chose. i had her test driving 4 or 5 cars, helping me with different options. i was super amazed. as for the gentleman that handled the financing,i never got his last name, but his first name is bryon, was so pleasant and very helpful, i felt as though i knew him forever. i also must say that the dealership itself is very impressive. everyone's dress is co-ordinated, which gives a very classy touch. i have to say, i've never been treated better, or have gotten a better deal in all my car buying experience. thank you once again lauren and bryon for all the help and making this a very comfortable experience. adam you deserve being where your at. More
