I’ve never been more disappointed in my life not to mention frustrated. My Malibu was towed there week of July 6th, after being stolen in Brockton . I've always taken my vehicle to your dealership even though it's further than other dealerships, but I will longer step foot in your dealership I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, asked about my though it's further than other dealerships, but I will longer step foot in your dealership I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, asked about my sunroof not working and they turned around and charged me $70. I'm 83yrs old live alone on a fixed income. If they told me it was going to cost $70 to check, I would've waited. I will no longer be taking my vehicle there. More
