Our initial salesman Brian was very patient showing us several vehicles that he thought would meet our needs and allowing us to test drive each of them. Jose Adrian took over for Brian and was very patient with us when we were having difficulties making up our minds. We would probably not have completed the purchase had Jose not called on day two to discuss the deal and work further with management on our behalf. After the purchase, we were missing the second key fob when we left the dealership. Jose drove from Reno to Carson City to personally deliver the second fob to us. That is incredible service! Used car manager Ryan Castillo worked diligently to make us an outstanding offer on our trade that we ultimately could not refuse. He was very patient and kind throughout the process. Jessica completed the finance transaction in record time. Every single member of the Corwin staff was friendly and helpful. We even ran into salesman Mike Oade on the Corwin lot after we completed our used Grand Cherokee purchase. When he was a salesman at Lithia Jeep in Reno, he sold us our Jeep Wrangler Willys. Even though he wasn’t involved with the sale of our used Grand Cherokee, he walked us through the features on the Grand Cherokee that we couldn't figure out. We are very happy customers, and my wife is loving her new car. Thank you! More

Came in one day looking for a Maverick and Brian was nice enough to show me around and layout my options. My Bronco Sport was a complete Christmas surprise from my family.
