We met Brian Isch at about 5:15 pm after initial contact with Robin Leet to look at new cars. We were met by Robin and Brian, and Brian handled the sales from then on. Brian not only allowed us to test drive the vehicle, HE required me to test drive it to my satisfaction. We stopped by to look at new truck and Brian helped us. After looking at several vehicles and not liking them, Brian advised he could do a Internet search for other inventory nearby. Brian helped my 81 year old mother find just the right car for her needs. He even arranged to have the interior changed to leather to help her get in and out of the car without paying for the top of the car for her needs. I purchased a new 2008 Acadia from a GMC dealership 3 years ago. Unfortunately I had problems with that dealership during my lease so it was recommended that I take my concerns to Berger Chevrolet. Berg years ago. Unfortunately I had problems with that dealership during my lease so it was recommended that I take my concerns to Berger Chevrolet. Berger Chevrolet completely took care of all my concerns so now that my lease is finished, I chose to purchase the car through Berger Chevrolet. I expected that I would just need to drop off a check and sign a few papers and be on my way. Apparently GM doesn't make it that simple but as expected, Berger Chevrolet made it that simple for me. Brian Isch explained the process to me so that I could understand it, walked me through the maze of paperwork and made sure that I understood each step. As I needed to deal with others at the dealership, Brian took me himself, introduced me, explained what needed to happen and when I was finished, made sure that I understood what happened.Brian Isch set up the XM radio and On Star as they apparently come with purchasing your leased car for a trial period. He explained that I could get On Star on my smart phone as well and gave me those links. I have put on 109,000 miles in 3 years and I expect to put on another 109,000 over the next 3 years. Any new or used cars that I purchase from this point forward will be done through Berger Chevrolet! More

I stopped in at Berger last August to inquire about the Volt. Brian Isch answered my questions and took my deposit. Finally in March the Volt arrived. They made the paperwork easy and gave me a thorough orientation as to all the Volt's features. I've been driving the Volt for over a month now and it has performed very well; all GM's promises are kept. Even with my long commute and a 200 mile monthly trip (almost all on gasoline) I am getting 93 miles per gallon. Can any other vehicle on the market beat that? None that I know of. More

I went in to have my 10 year old car fixed in December. I knew that it was having a lot of engine problems, but was hoping I could get an inexpensive fix. (Two other mechanics had said that the fix might not work and would be very expensive.) Berger confirmed the findings of the previous mechanics. So while walking around, trying to figure out what to do, we met Brian Isch and started to talk about new cars. Brian is the owner of a Cruze, so was extremely familiar with the details on this car. We talked for a long time and decided, without any pressure, to buy a new Cruze. I have now been driving it for over 3 months. I am getting 32 mph and my Cruze has had its free oil change with check up. I am totally delighted with my Cruze and and would recommend the Cruze and Berger to anyone looking for great service and a great car. Also, I would recommend you visiting Brian who was very thorough, kind, and patient with my numerous questions. While I had hoped to fix my old car, my husband and I had already been talking about a new car. We had previously researched cars and prices, so knew some background on the cars before we arrived at Berger. More
