Excellent Experience! We had an excellent experience with Gretna Auto Outlet! We live in Western North Dakota and Gretna Auto Outlet had the exact pickup we wanted. A beaut We had an excellent experience with Gretna Auto Outlet! We live in Western North Dakota and Gretna Auto Outlet had the exact pickup we wanted. A beautiful 2017 2500 GMC Denali with a bunch of after market work done to it. We were going to pay to have the pickup shipped to us but Gretna worked with us and actually drove the pickup up to us in North Dakota and drove our Dodge back because they took it on trade! It worked out so well for us because of our work schedules we were not able to get down to Nebraska. Oscar was great to work with and all the paper work and financing went very smoothly. We had the pickup bought and delivered to us in 2 days! We love our new pickup and were very impressed with their services! More

Good car, GREAT sales associate, obnoxious/intrusive boss I went out to look at a Subaru Crosstrek. Car seemed solid, but I realized it was more of a "want" than a "need". Oscar, the salesman who worked with I went out to look at a Subaru Crosstrek. Car seemed solid, but I realized it was more of a "want" than a "need". Oscar, the salesman who worked with me, was great. Not pushy, personable, patient, and informative. He even offered to let me have my personal mechanic check it out. I told him I needed a day to contemplate, and he was very understanding and accommodating. At this point, I was honestly on the fence and still open to buying. Then, I met the manager ( can't remember his name, think it was Brian). He came out and tried desperately to get me to buy the car that night. I told him I needed a day to consider, especially since I wasn't under any pressure to buy as my current vehicle is still running well. He became very condescending and intrusive, asking me "what could change in a day" and "for all you know the tranny could drop on that vehicle any minute." Thanks, but I don't know any of your cars won't do the same thing. Bird in hand worth two in the bush. I again insisted that it was still a matter of time to process and double check my budget. He then had the nerve to ask if I had done my budgeting before coming out to car shop, as if I was some ignorant kid who lived on his parents credit cards. This guy pissed me off in his desperation and I mentally checked out of it after talking to him. He should have let Oscar handle it. Honestly, Oscar still had me till I met his boss. More

Simply. Easy. I joked with the manager that it was the fastest deal I had ever made. He said "it took 4 hrs" and yes it did. But that's what made it easy. I had been looking for a truck with specific features. Was set to head to another dealership and likely close a deal later that afternoon. But, I had seen a truck I liked and decided to head to Gretna before hand. The truck was sent to auction. Instead of saying too bad so sad as many would or pushing me towards something I didn't want... Ed spent about an hour looking through their inventory. I spotted a truck which hadn't been listed online yet and low and behold it matched my requirements. Super nice truck on top of it all. Of course the wife wanted to see it as well. There's no reason to list the exact details of the deal we made however what should be noted is that we are the second ones in the family to purchase from this dealership and each time they have exceed my expectations. Not just in your normal business courtesy kind of way but when something was a little off or we needed a little extra done to make us happy they were more than willing to work with us. If you're reading my review I want to state something that seems so obvious but for some it seems like it's the hardest thing in the world. Have some d**m courtesy. Don't walk in expecting 4K off a vehicle! These are priced right and sometimes well below what they should sell for. There is common sense in making a car deal and if you have straight forward and LOGICAL expectations for trade value/sell value then you'll have a much better experience. You're also likely to get anyone to go that extra 1/10th of a mile for you. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Look through their website; if you don't find what you're looking for find a salesman who's willing to keep an eye out at auction. They buy 10-20 vehicles a day. It won't take that long and you'll be much happier! Lastly, I have never met any of these guys before. I spoke to one on the phone briefly. I believe credit is due even negative credit. Although, these guys certainly earned the positive review. I have no qualms about calling out someone for a xxxx poor job. I spent 10 years active duty and I certainly don't owe anyone anything.
