We had a wonderful experience at BMW and absolutely love the car, but we were especially impressed with Brian. When we first went to look at the car it probably didn't seem like we were serious about buying the car, but we were especially impressed with Brian. When we first went to look at the car it probably didn't seem like we were serious about buying one, but he showed us everything we wanted to see and was patient with our numerous appointments. I changed my mind about which car I wanted halfway through the process and it wasn't a problem. Brian made the experience a good one, and we couldn't be more grateful. More

We appreciated the efforts of Brian Ferguson and the staff at BMW of Devon to answer all of our questions about the vehicle that we were interested in, and to explain the financing options that were ava staff at BMW of Devon to answer all of our questions about the vehicle that we were interested in, and to explain the financing options that were available to us, Also, Mr. Ferguson made every effort to match the offers that we had from other dealerships, and to extend the timeline of the final offer so that we could lease the vehicle, that we wanted, at the price that we could afford. Mr. Ferguson continually communicated with us throughout the process, and he and the Devon staff were very accommodating, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable, and allowed us to make our decision without pressure and in our timeframe.
