Service Appointment Went in for a scheduled oil change. Technician identified a leak coming from the transmission pan in the service video. Brian ( service advisor) went Went in for a scheduled oil change. Technician identified a leak coming from the transmission pan in the service video. Brian ( service advisor) went back and checked my service records and identified the transmission had been recently serviced. The Dealership picked up the cost associated with the leak repair due to the fact that it had recently been serviced by the dealership. Not only did they do the repair at no cost, they also secured the AMSOIL Fluid I had substituted for the OEM Fluid. Job well done!! More

Great care I felt that my RAV 4 received excellent care. I was informed about the condition of multiple functions on the car and any corrections or repairs that I felt that my RAV 4 received excellent care. I was informed about the condition of multiple functions on the car and any corrections or repairs that were needed. The customer lounge was spacious, comfortable and clean. The added free carwash is icing on the cake. I go out of my way to come to Toyota of Cedar Park to maintain my car and I am always rewarded. More

Quick and Eady Came in for oil change that was due. I did not have an appointment yet Brian said it was not a problem. They checked everything out under the hood a Came in for oil change that was due. I did not have an appointment yet Brian said it was not a problem. They checked everything out under the hood and the tires too. Needed to have front tires realigned ( knee I had hit a curb a month or so ago) Brian advised me of cost and also that my 2 year warranty period was completed in October 2018. He said he wanted to make sure that I want ‘surprised’ with having to pay. I did know that the service was on my nickel but appreciated the fact that the dealership wanted to keep me up to date. My work was completed in under 70 minutes and I was on my way. 😄 More
