I was so disgusted with the lack of service I quickly left. The next day, a local competitor gave my $11,400 for my trade and now I have a new vehicle. All of these employees handled themselves in a professional and friendly manner. Only complaint that I have is that they only furnished me with 1 key and 1 1 keyless entry remote. They informed me that the previous owner only turned in 1 key and keyless entry remote, but it is very disappointing that a certified car dealership would only provide a new owner with only 1 key and keyless entry remote when re-selling the vehicle. Every vehicle that I have purchased, new or used, I was always given at least 2 keys to the vehicle. More

Trade-in cars are appraised based on their "At Auction" value, but th they do not have in stock, nor do they offer the same discounts as advertised. Sales negotiations are based around monthly payments not total car price, dealer installed options/accessories are not Toyota OEM items (they are Toyota distribution region items), and Internet offered additional "Rewards" are not valid on sale cars.
