I called Bowman regarding a new lease as I was changing dealerships. They told me my appointment was with Brian Crawford. Just his name gave me a good feeling. When I met Brian and told him what I was l dealerships. They told me my appointment was with Brian Crawford. Just his name gave me a good feeling. When I met Brian and told him what I was looking for, that good feeling remained! Brian listened to me, what I wanted and what I could afford. He did not try to push me or intimidate me into an higher price range. He looked through inventory and told me what bowman had and then asked me about color and length of lease. This experience was 1000 times better than when I got my last lease. I am very happy with my experience at Bowman, working with Brian Crawford and my 2024 Equinox! I came in to look at two Silverados and Brian was who they set me up with. Boy was I happy with that! Brian wasn't pushy, he listened to my needs and followed up with everything he said he would.
