This is my first ever brand new car, and I spent weeks test driving every mid size SUV in this class. Chief was communicative, patient, and took time to show me all of the features on the models I took a look at. I was ecstatic when he messaged to let me know that they had exactly what I was looking for, weeks earlier then expected! Tim in the financing department was also very helpful with answering all of my questions and guiding me through financing a car for the first time.
