Sometimes making a new car purchase can boil down to pure emotion as well as utility. But emotions may not allow you to make the best purchase. Clouding the process is not knowing all of your options or emotion as well as utility. But emotions may not allow you to make the best purchase. Clouding the process is not knowing all of your options or products available. Our search for a new car lead us to Boardwalk. Our goal became to confirm our emotional side while balancing out the utility needs. Lindsey Redfern greeted us and quickly became our advisor answering both technical and silly questions regarding the Maserati product line up. While I chattered away asking many questions, the entire staff without exception made us feel comfortable, welcome and most importantly, like they absolutely appreciated our visit regardless of our purchasing decision. Lindsey patiently addressed all concerns and helped us through the buying process. While we had many other options other than Boardwalk, it was the atmosphere of a helpful staff. Never once did we feel that this was a transactional sale applied with pressure. It was and is a great relationship that has developed and we’re looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Boardwalk…. Ferrari ? We love the Maserati so much, we may have get another! Even though I live in Houston, I came up on a Saturday afternoon to see an F430 I was specifically searching for. With Lindsey's knowledge, passion and excitement about speed, performance and Ferrari's, i afternoon to see an F430 I was specifically searching for. With Lindsey's knowledge, passion and excitement about speed, performance and Ferrari's, it didn't take much to progress making an offer on the desired car. End result, 5 days later it had gone through the certified inspection program and the purchase was completed. The entire experience from initial contact with Lindsey to driving away in the new car was the most pleasant car purchase I have ever been a part of. Lindsey is very personable, has a clear interest in ensuring the client is completely satisfied with its purchase and she answered all my questions about the car and the engine performance. One can tell that she enjoys her job and does it very well. Further, Lindsey and Brian made sure to work with my schedule for the test drive, final inspection, paperwork and purchase/delivery date and made it easy to complete the process long-distance. I would definitely consider this team for a future purchase and recommend Boardwalk Ferrari to others. Thank you Lindsey and Brian for making the experience an absolute pleasure. More

Boardwalk Ferrari and Maserati is in a league of its own. The entire experience from initial contact with Lindsey to driving away in the new car was the most pleasant car purchase I have ever been a part of The entire experience from initial contact with Lindsey to driving away in the new car was the most pleasant car purchase I have ever been a part of or witnessed. Lindsey is exceptionally personable, professional, and has a great sense of humor. She made sure to work with my schedule for the test drive/purchase date and she answered all of my questions about the car. One can tell that she takes great pride in doing her job well. Brian is an indispensable part of the team. As the Finance Manager, he took the time to put the deal together in the most advantageous way he could for me. Beyond his encyclopedic knowledge of Seinfeld and 80s music/movies, he has a prodigious knowledge of the car finance world. He took the time to explain the entire transaction very thoroughly. Larry in the service department is incredible. I worked with him before on another vehicle. I have never encountered a more helpful and effective car service department under any brand and Larry is a major reason for that. I have tried other dealerships in the Dallas area for Maseratis before. Please do yourself a favor and forget the other ones. Boardwalk Ferrari and Maserati is the only one to visit in that area. More

My entire experience at Boardwalk was exceptional. I had done extensive research and had already looked at several vehicles before I went to Boardwalk. Lindsey and Brian were very professional and gave me done extensive research and had already looked at several vehicles before I went to Boardwalk. Lindsey and Brian were very professional and gave me a fair price without any of the typical back and forth negotiations. There was no pressure and they were very helpful with every aspect of the purchasing process. I also toured the service department and was extremely impressed by facilities and proactive attempts to build a long term relationship. Larry in service keeps the entire place completely spotless and made it clear from the very beginning that he was there to help regardless of how much time it took to answer all my questions. I have shopped all over Dallas and without doubt Boardwalk is in a category by itself. More

Nathan, Enver and Brian met all of our needs from the time we placed our order until we picked up our beautiful 458 italia. The customer service at Boardwalk Ferrari has by far the best service we have e time we placed our order until we picked up our beautiful 458 italia. For some reason even though I live in Houston I've bought most of my last cars in Dallas. My local Ferrari dealer is great, but didnt have any cars like the California I ultimately purchased. Lindsey and Bri most of my last cars in Dallas. My local Ferrari dealer is great, but didnt have any cars like the California I ultimately purchased. Lindsey and Brian made it easy to do from the distance and our discussions were always cordial and helpful. I would definitely consider this team for a future purchase. More

Brian, the business manager, carefully explained all the purchasing and trade paperwork, and is always patient and transparent. Steve Fordham and Quentin Forge in Service ensured all my dealer options were taken care of, and the car was in perfect condition for delivery. The GM, Shad Warren, and New Car Sales Manager, Enver Kaba, also stayed in touch to ensure the whole experience was excellent. The team at Boardwalk is world class like the cars they sell. More

I received EXCEPTIONAL service from Lindsey and Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati of Plano. I made my first Ferrari purchase at Boardwalk and have been very happy with the entire experience. Lindsey was extremely knowledgeable and took great care of me to ensure I felt confident in making such been very happy with the entire experience.
