This was our first Ram product and first excursion into Capital, and, I have to say, the gang at Capital was exceptional. I dealt with Brian Badelt for the most part and when I came in unannounced a few times when he was busy, he managed to find someone to help me out. I was interested in the high end pickups and Brian was honest with me regarding the best options in comparison to the trim lines. The truck I purchased is awesome and pretty much exactly what I was looking for. I've had situations in the past at other dealers where the "finance guy" does the hard sell on extended warranty and add-ons, but Mike Skaff was straight forward and there was no pressure. I was in and out of his office in less than 5 minutes. Overall a great experience and I would recommend paying them a visit if you're looking for a Ram truck! More

Brian happily explained for a second time in detail all the in and outs of the vehicle, and not only respected the budget we'd set but went even further to find us ways to save more money without compromising the features we'd receive in the new car. He was very real with us and treated us with respect; his good-nature and no-pressure attitude really put us at ease and all the while, he was extremely patient as we had our 2 young kids with us. Ultimately, we ended up purchasing the van that day and Brian called a while later to ensure everything was going well and our expectations were met: even though that call was likely standard procedure, the care and concern Brian consistently demonstrated throughout our interaction was 100% genuine. I would recommend going to Brian for any car purchase. More

I went in expecting to comparison shop, knowing I was buying a Dodge Grand Caravan. I didn't see a reason at the end of the night to even check another dealer. The offer was definitely one I was happy with. I didn't once feel pressured to make a decision that night, but was happy to agree on the spot. Despite driving out from Embrun I had no qualms with the distance to get the vehicle I wanted at the price I was happy with. More
