From start to finish our Salesman Matt Dickerson was available 24/7 during the 5 day transaction. We weren’t rushed or pressured and we were accomodated in every respect. My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle. We were looking at a Jeep Cherokee or Compass. We met with Brett Sprinkle, the salesman that sold us our last vehicle (a Jeep Cherokee). He explained the differences, answered our questions and really listened to what we were looking for. He offered to show us several vehicles with different options. He brought out the first one, and it was just what we were looking for. Sometimes it can be a painful process buying a new vehicle. Not with Expressway. They gave us a fair price for our trade-in, and explained all of the options we had on financing, and extended warranties. We never felt pressured to sign up for any additional items. Chris, who finished all the paperwork was pleasant and professional. Explaining everything in detail. It was a painless process, they even washed and waxed the new vehicle.
