John Paul exhibited outstanding knowledge of the car, quickly located the car with the options I wanted (on the dock awaiting delivery), kept me appraised during the delivery process and has been extremely responsive with a few minor details since the delivery. Outstanding job JP! The sales process itself was low pressure and quite professional. John Paul, Brett Huneycutt and Chase Wright were extremely customer-focused and made the process enjoyable.
