I've been in the business for over 8 years now and I love it! I told my Mom when I started in the business if I have to lie or cheat a customer to sell a car, this won't be for me. One thing I've learned is being transparent, pressure-free, knowledgeable, and kind is what earns me top 10 in the Southwest every month when competing against over 800 other sales people in our company. I have a wife, son and daughter who I work hard to provide for and I guarantee to treat anyone who works with me like family. Horrible experience would not recommend stall they just trying to earn money off selling the car they do not care about the customer. They knew the situation that I was in and used it to their advantage to trying to earn money off selling the car they do not care about the customer. They knew the situation that I was in and used it to their advantage to put me in an unfortunate situation. I felt like I was no heard & just overall upset because I got a car from them about 5 months ago just for the engine to give out and their best option for me was to get a second car making 2 auto payments which it totally ridiculous. I don’t see how that was the best option for me but because I needed a car I really didn’t have a lot of options. More
