We worked with Lonnie Powell who was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to go over all the features in the car which are many! We would return to Crest Cadillac when ready to buy again. I went in to test drive a 2015 Cadillac ATS. I found the car just felt too small for me. Tom suggesting I try the Cadillac XTS. I knew the XTS would be much bigger and more comfortable but also thought it would be a lot more expensive. Tom showed me an XTS that was one model year older but also had very low mileage and the price was almost exactly the same as the ATS. Plus, the XTS was the exact color combination we wanted, included All Wheel Drive and runs on regular unleaded gasoline. Perfect! Tom worked with us to get a good price for our trade-in. Then we worked with Brandon Roeglin for the financing. He was very helpful in getting us a great rate at a bank where we already have accounts so it will be very convenient to make payments online. We are thrilled with the car, the price and the financing. Tom was even able to get a free Cadillac cap for my wife. More

Little did I know, he had been diligently working wi Today marks exactly one month from the day that my husband pulled off the surprise of a lifetime! Little did I know, he had been diligently working with a few people at Crest Cadillac that walked him through the entire process of finding the perfect vehicle for me. Tom Piontkowski and Juan Sandoval helped my husband every single step along the way. The both went above and beyond to make sure every detail had been addressed. This was to be the coolest Valentines Day gift ever. He was in a panic wanting everything to be perfect. They were very patient and continued to put his mind at ease. After they tracked down "the right one" they had it delivered, detailed it and parked it safely in the showroom. The day of the big surprise, Tom drove to my office to pick up my husband and I to take us to our secret destination (I was blindfolded) and when we got there, I pulled the blindfold off to find a brand new, 2017 Cadillac XT5 fully loaded with everything I had ever dreamed of. Tom and Juan even went the extra mile and bought heart balloons to surround it. It is all a blur at this point but I will NEVER forget the extremely friendly service, the way they worked with my husband to pull this off and the way that they constantly went above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend Crest Cadillac and both of these fine gentlemen as well as their Finance Manager, Brandon Roeglin. Lonnie Powell was great! My wife & I had been considering trading in our 2008 Escalade with over 100k miles on it for something a bit newer. Without much research at all and on a whim, we stopped at Crest Cadillac to see what might be available. As soon as we walked in the door Lonnie Powell greeted us, asking what he could help us with. Almost immediately we were very comfortable with Lonnie's knowledge and demeanor. When we told him what type of vehicle, price and miles we were comfortable with, he helped to facilitate and never tried to push us into a vehicle that we weren't good with. In the end, we quickly ended up purchasing a 2015, new body style Escalade that was equipped exactly as we wanted, at a price we were comfortable with. We would highly recommend Lonnie & Crest to any of our friends and family! More
