When I went to pay I wanted to split the charges on different debit cards. The girls said I could do it. When she did it she put it all on one card. Offered to correct it but at that point i was done w different debit cards. The girls said I could do it. When she did it she put it all on one card. It is absolutely ridiculous that we have to leave a car just sitting hostage on your lot for 2-3 weeks, waiting for someone to simply “look” at the car and see what is wrong with it!!! We need to be able t just sitting hostage on your lot for 2-3 weeks, waiting for someone to simply “look” at the car and see what is wrong with it!!! We need to be able to drive the car with kids running everywhere, but we have to let our family vehicle sit on your lot waiting in line for a technician to look and see what the problem is. Fine, if you are 2-3 weeks behind, let me have my vehicle to drive and let me know when you are ready to look at the problem and fix it. But to basically hold a family’s vehicle with no other transportation, that is just unruly and unfair!! More
