Sydney is delightful and very welcoming. She is very knowledgeable about all of the BMW series my husband and I inquired about and believe me we asked about many. She would always encourage us about taking our time on deciding which vehicle to purchase. Finally we decided on the 530i 2024 and we love it. We recommend Sydney and we are looking forward to working with her the next time we are ready to purchase another BMW!!!! More

I like how everyone is so laid back with "hardly" any pressure in negotiating what I only wanted. The owner runs a tight ship keeping everything runny smoothly and organized. Unfortunately, or fortunately, this is my last car of 11 cars in my long life. Having a woman "advisor" for the first time was a nice touch to end it all. I most certainly impressed with "The Genius" which is a new concept for me! Now forward and upward!! More
