Pretty good experience except for the a finance issue, and even that is not the fault of the dealership itself. I am executor of my father's estate, and wanted to write a check for the purchase price, fr and even that is not the fault of the dealership itself. I am executor of my father's estate, and wanted to write a check for the purchase price, from the estate account, of which I am executor. They refused it, even though I provided Letters Testamentary. "Mr. Ellis's rule", according to the finance manager, is that I have to have something that mentions Power of Attorney. Power of Attorney is for those still living, which my father is not. The lack of knowledge and understanding on the part of whoever made that rule was disappointing. More
