We had an issue with our newly purchased vehicle and couldn’t get Brandon to ever contact us back. The issues with the vehicle are Major and I find it hard to believe that all the workers there didn’t k couldn’t get Brandon to ever contact us back. The issues with the vehicle are Major and I find it hard to believe that all the workers there didn’t know that. Thank the Lord above that we paid for a warranty otherwise we would be in a huge financial mess I would also like to add that the vehicle was far from “detailed”. When we got it home we discovered trash, wood particles and dirt all around the vehicle in the areas that you wouldn’t normally think to look. More

I never had any desire to work with dealerships. They are complicated, frustrating, and take forever to get a car, even if you have one picked out already. They’re a hassle. And in my personal opinion, probably like many of you, they’re bs. But this place? This place made it easy. And the fact that they work with each customer individually based upon who they are, is what makes them better than the other 99%. Dustin Swagger, is a real person who wants to make the sell, but does it in the best way possible. Brandon Phail was the best salesman I have ever worked with. If I ever need future vehicles, I will go through Brandon and Dustin again. Thank you fellas! More
