Originally from Tennessee, I made Columbus Georgia my home in 2002 when I joined the U.S. Army. I was able to serve the community of Columbus, Georgia after my enlistment as a Columbus Police Officer. I have always had a passion for Client Satisfaction and cars, so it only made perfect sense to join the rapidly evolving vehicle industry. I have progressed through my career from Sales to Finance and for the past three years I have been a Sales Manager in Columbus, Georgia.

Chris Rome was super helpful when helping me find a new vehicle. He showed me awesome features and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. I honestly ended up leaving changing my mind and going with a KIA than what I anticipated going towards because of all the pros that were included in the new Sorentos. I am very happy with my purchase and everyone was very sweet and super helpful. Chris made sure I got my new Sorento after falling in love with it and I was in and out of the dealership quickly with my new ride. More

A little pushy at one point (salesmen wanted me to "sign my commitment to him" to give my offer for approval by the manager? Kinda weird and predatory, but whatever, guess that is the standard?). The finance office (Clarence) was pretty rude. He was VERY pushy on the warranties, questioned my judgement, and also forgot some steps until I reminded my salesmen before I left. It was not a terrible experience but definitely not perfect by any means. More

Being a young black man that just wants to do right for his family. I can not believe how Kia Autosports of Columbus, Georgia treated me. I visited the dealership to see about getting a buy number for a ve his family. I can not believe how Kia Autosports of Columbus, Georgia treated me. I visited the dealership to see about getting a buy number for a vehicle my wife and I were looking to get rid of. We were interested in getting a newer Van in the future for our growing family. I was greeted by a salesman who was very kind initially. Gave him the keys to my vehicle to get an appraisal on it. My wife and I with our 1 year old son sat and waited patiently for the value. They then came back and said we saw that you came in a couple months ago looking to sell your car, so my manager is going to keep his offer the same. I said sir this is a different vehicle. He replied, " I don't know still the same offer." I said sir this is a different vehicle. He said he would get his manager to come talk to me. The manager came to me and asked why I wanted to talk to him. I told him that this is not the same vehicle as last time and wanted to make sure you were aware of that. He said "well offer stands. " I asked if they still do NADA (National Dealers Association) as their guide for appraisals. He said no we don't use them anymore. We use "J.D. Powers". I said aren't they the same thing? No sir not they are not he replied. I said ok and then proceeded to leave the dealership ad the manager felt that as a black man with dreads I was not worth his time for a proper trade appraisal. Please anyone go to JD POWERS and then click value my trade and see where it pulls you. I was not going in there expecting gold but I was at least expecting to be treated fairly. More

PERFECT. Car. Buying. Experience!! Jerrell Green is THE salesman to see. Knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, charismatic, respectful and willing to make you happy with the purchase! Came to buy the highly salesman to see. Knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, charismatic, respectful and willing to make you happy with the purchase! Came to buy the highly sought after 2021 Telluride EX w/ex package+. We didn’t see what we wanted our first trip as we figured and came back to look at color choices a few days later and still weren’t expecting much, but we were surprised-they had what we wanted but it was just a teensy bit over what we wanted to pay. We walked away but called back not a mile down the road to say we’ll be back. Good thing we called because it was already being looked at!! Brandon and Jerrell found us the discounts we needed to bring the car to a satisfactory price. Clarence in finance did the paperwork quickly and efficiently and didn’t make it anxious for us. Before leaving the car was cleaned and gas tank full. We noticed something on the interior door handle and Jerrell immediately cleaned it and all the other door wells too! Top notch service! ... We had reached out to locals in the area to ask if they knew of a salesman at Kia AutoSport and they didn’t but we will now tell everyone that We do and send everyone we know down to see Jerrell! More
