Chase was very kind, straight forward, empathetic, honest. He was extremely responsive throughout the car buying process. I want everyone to know that this is the first time we have ever bought a second car from the same sales person and dealership. I could have walked to the Subaru dealership just down the street from my h have ever bought a second car from the same sales person and dealership. I could have walked to the Subaru dealership just down the street from my house. Lou Scapellato was the one, big, main, reason why we drove over one hour not once but twice to Grand Subaru.
