Just like new I had my car at another shop (not a Subaru shop)and they could not recreate the problem and didn't have any idea what the problem was. The service te I had my car at another shop (not a Subaru shop)and they could not recreate the problem and didn't have any idea what the problem was. The service tech listen to the problem I was having with my car stalling in morning (when the car was cold) in specific situation. They worked to give a loaner so they keep the car overnight and try to recreate the situation to get the my car to stall. Once they recreated the situation and my car stalled they knew what to repair needed to be done. Great service and my car runs like new! More

Another no-stress car deal This was my second purchase from Peoria Subaru. I wasn't even looking to buy a car. I was only there for a service appointment. When Spencer (same rep This was my second purchase from Peoria Subaru. I wasn't even looking to buy a car. I was only there for a service appointment. When Spencer (same rep that sold me my '17 Forester) presented me an offer for a trade-in, I was curious to see what the new '19s had to offer. We drove, we talked, we negotiated. No high-pressure. No bait-and-switch. Never once felt like I was being played or scammed. They even covered the cost of my service on my trade-in (since the work was completed before I decided to trade up). I like being able to browse the lot without having a rep on my tail going in for the hard sell. Between shop visits and sales experiences, I've never once had less than a positive experience and always feel they value my business. I'll be back. More

Great service however this is the only complaint I have. Why the minimum of 25 words. We bought our car five years ago from this place.
