Best price hands down on Kia Niro in western NC started my online research online, I happen to have owned 3 Kia's before, 2 at the time I started to look. I narrowed down the possibility of 2 cars, started my online research online, I happen to have owned 3 Kia's before, 2 at the time I started to look. I narrowed down the possibility of 2 cars, the Kia NIRO and Honda CR-V AWD, they both were about the same price. I started my NIRO pricing with Truecar which really is a joke because they do not let you actually choose the options you want, they only let me choose the LX version of the NIRO. The Keffer dealership in Mooresville got the info along with the battleground Kia in Greensboro. Both were quick to call and contact. At this time I was not sure we would be getting a new car, but once we found out my wife's car had an issue with the front rocker arm on her 2007 Kia Rondo which meant at least another 1-2k to fix plus the A/C was having issue after issue I really dug in to find a car to get. That is when I started looking for a great online price by using auto trader to search for the Kia Niro EX with all the extra safety features like blind spot detection, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, cross traffic warning. I sent out messages to quite a few dealers up to about 200 miles away, Keffer Kia in Monroe was the one with the best price so in my message to the others which also included Keffer Kia of Mooresville it was then up to them on who wanted our business and was willing to fight for it. Bob King Kia the "Nobody Beats Bob King Kia, NOOOBODY" whom we had purchased our current 2 Kia's from in 2007 were out in the first day saying they had no idea how they could sell the Niro for the price they were, it was a 1500 dollar loss for them and they couuldn't help us, said it had to be a lease. That is when I sent a email back to Brandon Jolly at Keffer Kia in Monroe to verify it was a purchase, and he said yes indeed sir that is a purchase not a lease. Battleground Kia in Greensboro did not have the NIRO with the options I was looking for in stock, though they said they could get one they never mentioned if they could match or beat the price and what they would do to earn our business, they wanted us to come in and test drive. I explained I will test drive at the dealer that has earned my business up front, mainly who is going to give me the ultimate best pricing, I do not want to spend the day haggling price at the dealer, I can do that online over a couple of days and be getting other things done, plus once your at a dealership it is not easy to see what the other locations would do for you on price. So needless to say Battleground was out of the game. Dennis at Keffer in Mooresville I have to say was really willing to fight for our business, he actually is a sister store of the Keffer Kia in Monroe, he said he was willing to beat the Monroe store price. I was like wow this is great, I thought for sure that was where I wanted to test drive it, so I set up the time. Brandon sent me email the following morning asking when did I want to come test drive the NIRO, I explained his sister store in Mooresville was closer to me and were going to beat the price so I was going to go there to test drive. This is where Brandon stepped it up, said he was going to offer me the best price said he would beat whatever offer they had, give us 2 tickets to Earth Wind and Fire concert, and 2 more gift cards, I think worth another 100 bucks. I was like wow he is really trying to earn my business, I felt with him being the one with the best price I found originally and him doing what he could to earn my business I had to go with him, it was the right thing to do. I let Dennis know at Mooresville location, I had to ask what was the price they were offering as Brandon was going to beat it, I know Dennis said they had a 110% guarantee so I took off 10% of the price and said is that the price you are offering, he did say no that was not how the guarantee worked but said it was lower. I sent a message back to Brandon telling him what they were going to offer, and yet again Brandon stepped it up and said that his offer would be the ultimate lowest they could go, and he knew I had 3rd party financing lined up with 2.2% he said he could offer that price to me if I financed with them for 60 months with a 1.9% rate. I certainly knew Brandon was my guy at this point, I have to say Dennis and Caitlin of Keffer Kia in Mooresville also were very good trying to earn us as customers, they were even willing to go another 150 dollars lower, but I let them know the price I had was great, and Brandon was offering tickets and gift cards, and the key area at this point why I decided to drive another 45 minutes to Brandon was because I had talked to him first, they all are great folks willing to earn customers business. WAY beyond Bob King Kia, so folks around Winston Salem area, dont listen to that hype of "Nobody beats Bob King Kia" be sure you check with Keffer Kia in Monroe, and or Mooresville. We got the NIRO from Brandon, and Josh who did our paperwork was also awesome. Highly recommend! More

Excellent experience with Brandon Jolly! We knew the car and specs we wanted and started our search online for inventory. This led us to Union County Kia and I submitted a request for a quot We knew the car and specs we wanted and started our search online for inventory. This led us to Union County Kia and I submitted a request for a quote. I was then contacted by Brandon Jolly via email. We exchanged email over the next couple days as I had a number of questions about the car, pricing, and financing. Brandon responded promptly to all of my questions and quoted me an OTD price. I never felt any type of sales pressure, which is a big plus for me. I just wanted information and he provided it. We then made the decision to purchase the car on a Saturday. We live about 2.5 hours away and weren't going to be able to make it to the dealership until around 7pm that night. Although that was about the time Brandon would be leaving, he said he would wait for us. He got the car ready and took care of some of the administration work ahead of time. Once we arrived, he showed us the car and we took it for a test drive. We gave it a thumbs-up and then proceeded with the paperwork. After the paperwork was complete, Brandon spent another hour with us, explaining more features of the car and setting up the Apple Car Play feature for us. All in all, he stayed an extra 3+ hours, patiently answering all of our questions and ensuring we were completely satisfied with our new purchase and experience. As a result, I highly recommend Brandon Jolly of Union County Kia! More

Unlike ANY other dealership! AMAZING!! Unlike any car dealership I have EVER been to! I dreaded it. Three years ago I gave up on the dealerships and paid cash for a car. It was t AMAZING!! Unlike any car dealership I have EVER been to! I dreaded it. Three years ago I gave up on the dealerships and paid cash for a car. It was time to get something newer and more reliable. I had been to three different brand dealerships from Charlotte to Fort Mill and I was ready to give up. So tired of being held captive and not seeing the price online OR the price I was told hours and hours before. I went there prepared to be tough, no games. I didn't need to though! They were wonderful! The cars were the price shown online, and I was in a car for a test drive in minutes! Every SINGLE person we came in contact with went out of their way to greet us, offer us something, etc. NOT just the sales person working with us (who was also very nice). They have hired a great group of people that are genuinely friendly and personable to everyone they come in contact with. Talk about hospitality and customer service - A+! They really care about the total customer experience and it shows. Some of the great people I came in contact with that you might want to look for: Brandon Jolly, Michael Reed, Alex Matzke, Bernard Graham (who I didn't talk to much but he always had a smile!), Eric Perryman in finance.
