Excellent buying experience I worked with Darrell in sales and Brandon in finance. The experience was great. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn't want and the en I worked with Darrell in sales and Brandon in finance. The experience was great. Great deal on a slightly used outback! I shopped at 12-13 dealers within 300 miles is my house . I could not find a slightly used, demo , CPO or program car in my area . I wanted a 2018 out I shopped at 12-13 dealers within 300 miles is my house . I could not find a slightly used, demo , CPO or program car in my area . I wanted a 2018 outback with low miles and loaded . Ferguson had 14 outbacks , 2 of which met my criteria . I like the fact that they are a one price dealership and easy to deal with -even over the phone . I made my deal then flew 600 miles to pick up the like new car I bought . No one in my area had even 1 used 18 outback. Ferguson had 14 on Car Gurus ! I was Treated with respect and friendliness from the first moment we made contact .This is my first Subaru but won’t be my last . Thanks to Kaveh , Mr. Ferguson and crew for a great deal and easy buying experience. More

Exactly what you should expect from any dealership and more! I want to start off saying I appreciate how patient everyone at Ferguson Subaru in Broken Arrow was for me and my family. Our car buying experience wa I want to start off saying I appreciate how patient everyone at Ferguson Subaru in Broken Arrow was for me and my family. Our car buying experience was not just summed up in a day or so, but over month or two at least. And each time we were there they treated us with the same amount of respect and attention as the first day we walked onto their lot. They understood that it was a tough decision to make, buying a car, and they didn't push us for a quick sell at any time. When it finally came time to when we were comfortable making a solid decision, our friend and salesman Kyle helped us every step of the way though. He and everyone there took care of us and treated us like family. They will receive my now and future business without a doubt! Thank you Kyle, and everyone at Ferguson! More
