I had to go in for a recall on my 2010 I absolutely love RC Hill Mitsubishi. They are always on top of everything and have excellent customer service. I had to go in for a recall on my 2010 Outlander and they also did my tire rotation and oil change. They send me an email of everything they did and found as well as hand me the explanation. The Finance department was just as friendly and worked hard to get me the best deal and with the bumps and bruises I had on my credit were able to get me what I needed with what I could afford. I am now a life long customer. 110% Top self service all the way! More

Most recently I had an oil change done on June 27, 2015. I made an appointment for 10am and got right in. My car was done in less than 45 minutes AND the rep working the desk alerted me to a coupon so my oil change was not even $12! Excellent service, friendly staff and a comfy waiting room all made for a very easy service appointment. More
