Our recent dealings with our Kia Sorento have been handled very satisfactorily. The customer service was great. The problem was taken care of promptly and I had my car back quickly. I came in for a minor air conditioning problem and a much more serious problem was discovered because when this service department works on my car, even if it's just for an oil change, it is extremely thorou more serious problem was discovered because when this service department works on my car, even if it's just for an oil change, it is extremely thorough. Finding the problem this early saved me from having a serious problem with my power steering. More

I have had 2 service visits since I bought my car 06/12 and both times were positive experiences. Service was quick and uncomplicated. The staff were all helpful,kind and professional. Aaron and Jacob worked together with us for a used car purchase. They were very informative, friendly, and all around excellent. The managers were very friendly with me and my family. We worked togethe purchase. They were very informative, friendly, and all around excellent. The managers were very friendly with me and my family. We worked together to get a great price. I would refer friends and family to them for future purchases. There were some issues with the vehicle on purchase as the AC did not work which we talked about previous to purchase. We agreed to have this fixed before purchasing the vehicle. When we left, we noticed that the moonroof opens when you power off the vehicle. There were a few issues with getting it fixed, but Josh the General Manager was awesome and agreed to do what was promised. I worked with Brandy from the service department who owned the issue and has been very on task, updating me every step of the way. I can't thank her enough. I get teary eyed just thinking about it. So now my AC is fixed and the moonroof is in the process of being fixed. I am very happy with Mark Mitsubishi Kia. Thank you so much. More

I have taken my car to Mark Kia and Mitsubishi for over 18 months now to have it regularly maintained and serviced. I have never had a negative experience with the quality of service or customer care when 18 months now to have it regularly maintained and serviced. I have never had a negative experience with the quality of service or customer care when interacting with the service members. Everyone I have worked with has been candid and unassuming, while never coercing a recommendation for additional service. I plan to continue using Mark Kia and Mitsubishi for continued car care in the future and would certainly recommend it to a friend/family member. More

The customer service was great, Brandi was very helpful and curteous and made sure to keep in contact with me. She always returned my calls and called back when she said she would to update me on the stau and curteous and made sure to keep in contact with me. The service department as a whole was very pleasant to work with and I look forward to returning...hopefully over better circumstances. More
