I had my Jeep refuse to start in a parking lot. Brandon in Service came to me and trued to get it started. He went beyond the call of duty. Still had to get it towed to Melton’s. Waited two weeks for a appointment, my car sat there all day not even looked at. Very unprofessional. The service department needs training to better support your product. My vehicle was in your shop for a week. When I was called to pick it up, all that was done was a potential b training to better support your product. My vehicle was in your shop for a week. When I was called to pick it up, all that was done was a potential bill for work not completed and no parts ordered. Took it to a different shop and the work was completed in 45 minutes. I barely got home when I was notified to pick up my vehicle. Total cost was a small fraction to what was being ask for from your service department. I would be more than willing to disclose all information including the work completed and the bill that I happily paid to have my vehicle finally fixed. If I ran my business like you run yours I would be a very unsuccessful business owner/operator. I will without reservations share my experience I had at Melton with my customer base. PS… I left several messages with Brandon and still haven’t received a call back.. More
