My entire automotive career has been spent at Crown for the past 18 years. Graduate of Brother Martin High School and the University of New Orleans. My main source of business comes from repeat customers and referrals. I work with my customers on both new vehicle purchases and leases as well as pre-owned sales. I would literally come here everyday if they let me!!!!! Other than a very SASSY service advisor, I would come here everyday if they let me! I would not go anywhere else for sales or service!!!! Like the vehicle My only comment was that the process took to long. Three and 1/2 hours. Purchasing my lease Bradley was great to work with. He took care of as much as possible before I even got there so all I had to do was meet with the finance manager to si Bradley was great to work with. He took care of as much as possible before I even got there so all I had to do was meet with the finance manager to sign the paperwork. He also took care of the insurance and I already have my updated insurance cards. Couldn't be happier! More
