I am a US Army Veteran. I served four years at Fort Hood, Texas and had 1 tour to Camp Hovey, South Korea. I enlisted right out of Highschool and am originally from Pagosa Springs, Colorado. I'm 24 years old and It's my passion to change peoples lives. At the end of the day you never know what someone has been through, I believe through simple interactions and conversations I can change peoples lives and that's what I'm passionate about! Outstanding experience, no pressure but informative and considerate staff. Braden was exceptional, because he listened to my needs and worked to meet then. From the phone call to Toyota of McKinney the customer service was excellent. The receptionist was very polite and succinct- knowing exactly what to ask and how to schedule an appointment for car sales. service was excellent. I was greeted by Braden Sjoblom and he got right to work helping me through the process of test driving and then purchasing my car, but not before offering refreshments. Braden was very attentive and every bit the gentleman. After my purchase I told him that this had been a really nice experience and the financing with Andres was a breeze- thumbs up to the whole staff and all that made my car purchase a very positive one.
