Brad, originally from Minnesota, relocated to California to start a new adventure and resides right here in Glendale. After a visit to the Brand Boulevard of Cars, Brad recalls thinking, "How awesome would it be to work here?" He now does! He has been a part of the Acura of Glendale team since June 2011. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, snowboarding, hiking and traveling. Purchase of a 2016 RDX I had a great experience from the moment I was contacted by Alton Ho (Internet Sales). Alton listened to the model and features I was looking for, an I had a great experience from the moment I was contacted by Alton Ho (Internet Sales). Alton listened to the model and features I was looking for, and also kept the pricing and financing reasonable given my trade-in circumstances. When I came in to look at the RDX, I also met Dwight, and both he and Alton helped me get into my new RDX in no time. Alton introduced me to Brad at the Service department, who also made sure that my final requests were added into my RDX while I completed my financing paperwork. Dwight gave me an awesome tutorial of how to work the new gadgets on my RDX. I had such a great experience from Alton, Dwight, and Brad that I will definitely recommend Acura of Glendale, and in particular this trio of professionals to my friends who maybe looking to purchase/lease Acura ehicles in the future. After reading reviews, we contacted Alton at Acura of Glendale and he was so helpful! Answered our questions in a professional and thorough manner over the phone, and over email, and was really prompt in responding to us. When we met him for an appt, he showed genuine interest in helping meet our needs and budget and explained everything in detail. He was honest, patient and most importantly, very knowledgable of the various models and features. We got our 2016 MDX with the Tech package for a great deal!! We love our car and so appreciate our overall experience at Acura of Glendale. Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the finance dept., to Brad at the Service dept. I highly recommend Alton, he was awesome!!! More

Very positive experience I leased a new MDX in 2012 and recently upgraded to the 2015 MDX. I have always dealt with Brad in service and he is knowledgable, accommodating, and I leased a new MDX in 2012 and recently upgraded to the 2015 MDX. I have always dealt with Brad in service and he is knowledgable, accommodating, and easy to work with. They usually have loaners cars and quick shuttle service. With my recent 2015 lease, Dwight and Alton in the lease dept were exceptional and provided excellent customer service. They were reasonable and willing to work with me (and my "negotiator"). Thanks for a great deal!!! More

Incredible service In looking for a new RLX I began my search with another dealer. They kept promising that they would obtain the car that I wanted "soon", but after 3 weeks it did not arrive. So I contacted Alton at Acura of Glendale, seeing that they have the car in stock, and he set me up immediately. He was patient, listened to my needs, and did not try to push me toward anything I did not want. As they were preparing things he kept in touch with me, even on his day off. I could not ask for a better experience! If you want a new Acrua, contact Alton and he'll take care of you. My next Acura will come from them without question. More

Dwight Rogers has made this process not only "pain-free" but truly enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable about Acura and helps you understand the buying/leasing process. I have purchased/lease 2 cars from this dealership and each time the customer service has exceeded my expectation. I use to believe that a good luxury car has to be European. WRONG!!! Once you try/drive/own and ACURA you will never drive anything else. More
