I visited tons of different dealerships over the past three weeks and Brian Perry at heritage Chrysler was the most knowledgeable/helpful/kind/non-pressuring salesman of them all. He responded to all my emails immediately and spent as much time as I needed when I came in on three different days. The managers also spent a lot of time explaining the whole process to us and giving us the different options available/working with us until we felt comfortable with making the purchase. Their willingness to respond to all questions quickly and courteously combined with the high level of professionalism and unbeatable pricing easily makes their dealership the best option in the area. I definitely recommend this dealership and would 100% return and work with Brian again! Nice place to do business Did all my research on the internet to find the vehicle I wanted. Could have gone to other dealerships or one closer to home but decided to go with He Did all my research on the internet to find the vehicle I wanted. Could have gone to other dealerships or one closer to home but decided to go with Heritage (Parkville) since I purchased a Jeep from them before and had a pleasant experience. Mike was personable, and easy to deal with. Mike is cool and I will deal with him again if the need arise. Chad Edwards was pleasant and friendly. Ultimately I don't feel I got the best deal I could have, but that is the nature of dealing with a car dealership. If I had to buy another, would I return to this dealership??? Yes I would, because the experience overall was not bad. I would have given dealership 5 stars rating if I felt absolutely confident that my purchase price was superb. I do know for sure it could have been better (hindsight 20/20) More
