The BEST customer service experience from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out as a new truck owner. I bought the truck at night, so I overlooked some significant paint damage. When I called them about it the next day, they scheduled me to have the paint repaired at no cost to me. There aren’t enough words to describe how happy I am with my experience. They treat people right at Ferguson. Thank you Collin Poe and the manager Brad for treating me like a valued customer. More

ALL of the people that we encountered at Ferguson Buick GMC in Norman, OK, especially Tommy Duvall and Heath Mead were OUTSTANDING!! Zero pressure and stress free experience. No bait and switch tactics. No unwanted addons or fake fees. Hard to find these days at a car dealership. The only negative comment would be that the document fees were a bit excessive. And lastly there is a disreputable Buick GMC dealership in Midwest city, OK, who does promote bait and switch tactics, false advertising and illegal forced unwanted addon charges. They should be counseled on their illegal practices. Before SOMEONE files FTC charges. More
