Instead of taking my info and just trying to sell me a car he explained what would realistically happen. That afternoon I was able to come back with a much better plan to which Brett wasted no time getting me into the vehicle I wanted to test drive. When it came to finalizing the deal Brett and Brad made quick work of the paperwork and in a couple of hours, instead of the 6 plus hours I have typically experienced at other dealerships. Everyone I have had interactions with here has been pleasant to deal with. More

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Columbia BMW. I drove 5 hours each way when there was another BMW dealership 30 mins away from my house, and I’m glad I did. Dusty and Co went above Columbia BMW. I drove 5 hours each way when there was another BMW dealership 30 mins away from my house, and I’m glad I did. Dusty and Co went above and beyond to take care of me. They could have taken advantage of the supply situation, like every other dealership I spoke to, but they gave me a great price on a new vehicle and great value for my trade-in. Will be making that 10 hour round trip next time I need a new vehicle! More

We can't say enough about this dealership. We traded in 2 cars and purchased an X5. They were fair with the trade-in values and the price of the new car. We had to order the X5, and it took about a mont 2 cars and purchased an X5. They were fair with the trade-in values and the price of the new car. We had to order the X5, and it took about a month or so. Josh was in contact with updates frequently. Brad handled the financing, was knowledgable (thank you for telling us about the refund of extended services on our old car), and efficient. We have bought from various dealerships and have felt that BMW was one of the most honest, fair, and pleasant to deal with!! We do love our X5, by the way!! More

Such a great experience working with Dusty, Eric and Brad. We made a two hour trip the dealership and got there a few minutes before close. Eric was more than willing to stay and gave us ample time to Brad. We made a two hour trip the dealership and got there a few minutes before close. Eric was more than willing to stay and gave us ample time to drive the car and consider the sale. When it came to negotiations Eric also made this an easy and quick discussion on where I wanted to be and where the dealership needed to be. There was no back and forth conversations just a direct open understanding of what they could do and why. We did not get the car for my initial offer but got a deal that was acceptable and very happy with my new 2008 Saturn Sky. Brad made the financial part of the sale comfortable and very friendly. We were able to walk out with all documents needed to get the car registered without having to make a trip back to the dealership. Thanks again for Dusty,Eric, and Brad and the ownership group’s focus on treating people with respect and professionalism when it comes to purchasing a car.
