Very professional kind and fast Boubacar was very professional. He was very knowledgeable abut all the cars we looked at. He was constantly making sure we were ok and he put up with Boubacar was very professional. He was very knowledgeable abut all the cars we looked at. He was constantly making sure we were ok and he put up with all my kids being there with patience. After we purchased our car, he went over every nook and crany of the vehicle to make sure we new everything about the car. Worked ok so far Price has to be competitive...this dealer has higher quote than others but open to negotiation.. Like everyone else, I visited many dealerships before the purchase. Most sale people at other places, including Gillman Honda, give me the feeling of being pushed to the corner, and show little interest if you cannot make a quick purchase. Russel and Smith honda is surprisingly different. This dealership is a little smaller and not my first choice. But it turned out it has the best price and warmest customer reception. I talked to two salemen here and they are both great. The saleman I make a deal with is Boubacar Kouyate, which i highly recommend. More
