Bogi goes "above par" in a positve way to service customers! Bogi was the first to step up to the request to show me used SUV's, I had a particular one in mind. I was by myself so he was very accommodating, in Bogi was the first to step up to the request to show me used SUV's, I had a particular one in mind. I was by myself so he was very accommodating, in fact he suggested taking the vehicle home for the night to show my other half. I spoke with Bogi over the phone to confirm the truck was on site and he did not confirm until he had his hands on the truck. He put it in the system that I was on my way, which was the only thing that kept another sales person from selling it to the family offering to buy it as we walked up. Bogi was helpful and friendly. I did not feel rushed or manipulated in any way. I would buy from him again in a heartbeat. More

Excellent service, exceptional people Nothing but the best at Ferman Chevy.
