Great Service At Atlanta Classic It's a shame when you have "no" problem with spending your hard earned money for service at Atlanta Classic. Bobby Waites is my adviser and I trust him like family. If he says I need it, I get it! His concerns for both my cars (CLS 500 and SLK 350) are like they are his own. The facility itself is like driving up to a 5 star hotel where the very polite greeters open your door and usher you into the elegant waiting room. While there you are offered beverages of all kind and televisions situated to view from any area. I could go on and on, but I will not trust my cars with no other facility than Atlanta Classic. Fast, friendly, professional, caring I had a very good experience with Atlanta classic cars, and Bobby Waites was an awesome service provider. I couldn't speak any higher of him. And he was never rude to me or questioned what I had to say. The detailing department was also very professional. Never had my car look sogood. So good that I come back with my other cars that aren't Mercedes to get them cleaned. I just wish that hey could service other cars and not just Mercedes. Thank you so much Atlanta Classic Cars, and Bobby Waites for this wonderful service. More

The Most Amazing Customer Service Experience I have Ever Had I can't say enough about Bobby Waites, Ewell Shuff, and Bruce Lamb and the level of personal service they have given me during every visit to Atlanta I can't say enough about Bobby Waites, Ewell Shuff, and Bruce Lamb and the level of personal service they have given me during every visit to Atlanta Classic Cars Mercedes Benz Dealership. I have had a very interesting situation with a CPO M/B GL 450, which I purchased in California last December 2013. The vehicle had many issues, which I feel the selling dealership, Mercedes Benz of South Bay (Torrance CA) overlooked. The electrical issues that I have encountered, caused the vehicles window and sunroof to open without warning and resulted in the vehicle being flooded while on a road trip in N. Georgia. Although Atlanta Classic Cars is totally uninvolved in the sale of this ( I call it the Poltergeist) vehicle, they have gone to the farthest lengths I have ever experienced in addressing the issues, fighting with M/B USA on my behalf and even paying out of their own dealership budget for much of the more than $10,000 in repair, loaner vehicle and non-warranty related resolutions of these ongoing issues. This is a unique set of circumstances and for this totally neutral dealership to delve into and heck, just downright take charge of this 6 month odyssey and do everything in their power to make me as whole as possible......well I am thrilled, amazed and forever thankful for the support and assistance of these 3 gentlemen and the entire staff, from thje greeters to the loaner vehicle staff, to all I have encountered at this amazing dealership. I am forever a client of Atlanta Classic Cars in Duluth, GA! and just fyi....this saga continues and they remain the best advocates a customer could ask for! More

I came to Atlanta Classic Cars to service my 2010 C-class. I worked with Bobby Waites, who was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what my car needed, explained the amount C-class. I worked with Bobby Waites, who was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what my car needed, explained the amount of time it would take to fix and was patient working with the warranty side of the service. I would gladly come back to Atlanta Classic Cars to have my car serviced because of Mr. Waites. His customer service was so good that I did not have to question pricing of service or whether my car was in good hands. More

The oil leak on the garage floor prompted us to bring the car in. Bobby Waites really went the extra mile with getting the work done and coordinating with the warranty company. It was an expensive repair - once gain only 36K miles on the car. What was important - is that - while we had a very disappointing experience with this car from the get go - Bobby was a true professional all along. He made this entire experience painless and took every additional step to make sure - we had a good experience with this service call. ACC needs people like Bobby Waites - who can change the whole customer experience and perception - without a hint of frustration in his voice, or displaying bad attitude to customers. The attitude of your service team needs to be realigned - and Bobby Waites should be a role model. I wanted to convey my sincere thanks to Bobby Waites and inform you that you have a great resource and hoping you will grow your organization with more of people like Bobby. More
