Had misconceived notion that this particular Mercedes dealership would be too busy to aid me in purchasing my 1st Mercedes. Before giving up completely on my hopes of getting a G wagon within my lifetime, I gave Mercedes of New Orleans a call, and a visit, and they showed me why they receive such high praise and why they are always busy with customers. The staff did not make me feel like I was on a fool's errand. In fact, they really helped me get excited for my first Mercedes purchase. I even received my special order vehicle a month earlier than estimated. Don't be intimidated by this dealership's size. Everyone there cares for every potential customer that walks in. More

My daughter was shopping for her first car and was sure she knew what she wanted. Turned out that car was not a good fit because she could not see well over the dash. She was so upset and ready to bolt but Mark spoke kindly, listened patiently, and showed her numerous cars until she found her perfect fit in the Mercedes-Benz C300. I can not thank Mark enough for being there and showing her she was important. Of course, I wanted her in a car with great safety features, low miles and a fair price. Mark managed to find all of this for us. I definitely recommend Mark and Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans if you are in the market for a vehicle. What a pleasure doing business with Mark and all the staff. I’m looking forward to buying myself an SUV from Mark in the near future. More
