Very Pleasant Experience I stopped in to look at new cars and ended up dealing with Aaron Guilbeault. Went for a test drive and I was sold. Went back the next day with my wife I stopped in to look at new cars and ended up dealing with Aaron Guilbeault. Went for a test drive and I was sold. Went back the next day with my wife and drove home in my new car, a Ford Focus Hatchback. Aaron is an asset to the sales staff and everyone we dealt with has been extremely friendly and accommodating. The Thunderbird Cafe puts the finishing touch on a great experience. More

Exactly What I asked For I dealt with Bobby and asked for a very specific alignment for my Mustang GT. Service reps are great. But my car was leaking the next day. bobby and all the other service reps are always friendly and helpful. Had a power steering line changed. The next day, an oily fluid was leaking a HUG bobby and all the other service reps are always friendly and helpful. Had a power steering line changed. The next day, an oily fluid was leaking a HUGE puddle all over our new driveway and my car had to be towed out. Not impressed. Driveway is now stained. (Obviously not Bobby's fault) More

Replacement of headlight I was greeted cheerfully at the Service Desk by Bobby Eskey and asked how I could be helped. I explained that the passenger headlight went out on my n I was greeted cheerfully at the Service Desk by Bobby Eskey and asked how I could be helped. I explained that the passenger headlight went out on my new Ford Fiesta. The Service representative asked all the necessary questions to properly assess and correct the situation. Another representative came out to tell me that they would have to get the replacement bulb from another location and that it would be ready in 10 minutes. The staff was quick, professional, and apologetic for the "bad bulb". More
