Went here to have a brake vacuum hose replaced. They asked if I wanted them to add a clip onto the air manifold but it will take another day for it to be delivered. I said no car is fine without. They asked if I wanted them to add a clip onto the air manifold but it will take another day for it to be delivered. I said no car is fine without. They returned the car to me with engine light on (no light on when I dropped it off) . Turns out when I took it somewhere else to have them look at the engine light they said the clip was definitely nocked off while replacing the hose because the hose runs up against the clip. On top of that it's a 4 hour and $450 job to dig down into the engine to replace it. I call Columbia Ford back to ask why they didn't tell me it's so hard to replace this clip and they said I declined the work not their problem now. If I want I can pay them to fix it. I talked with a few people at Columbia Ford and got a different story from each. They should at least try to consistently lie about what happens in the back room. More
