I like Bobby, but I am inevitably going to end up feeling like I was taken advantage of by the dealership as I see the 2024 Nissan lease offers start appearing. I’m paying 375 a month on a 2023 Sentra, and I like I was taken advantage of by the dealership as I see the 2024 Nissan lease offers start appearing. I’m paying 375 a month on a 2023 Sentra, and I am already seeing much better deals being advertised for higher end 2024 models. That hurts. More

Bobby Bray was absolutely fantastic! He 100% went above and beyond everything I expected. Also Holly was nothing less then an absolute pleasure to work with, she also provided me with the best service I have ever received and truly put in a maximum effort. I would like to throw a huge shout out to Nicholas Lawson. With this being a used vehicle outside of manufacture warranty I of course had my concerns. He’s was one of the most distinguished gentleman I have ever been fortunate enough to meet. He was kind enough to speak on his own experience with the quality and craftsmanship of a driving a NV. I feel I was naïve about the process of buying a car. The interest rate on the loan, I now have agreed to through you, l could have secured for at least 1 to 2 points less had I gone somewhere else….I The interest rate on the loan, I now have agreed to through you, l could have secured for at least 1 to 2 points less had I gone somewhere else….I have excellent credit. Secondly, I do like the car I have, however, the hood has damage that I want to have fixed by you. I talked to Bobby about it and all I got was he’ll have his paint guy look at it. That’s all well and said, but will it be adequately fixed, I have my doubts.. The interest rate on the lone is outrageous and I was told it was the best that could be done, wrong!! All of this greatly saddens me and I don’t believe in all fairness that I can recommend this dealership to anyone.. I feel I got handed and taken advantage of, by all concerned, due to my ignorance. Now I’m stuck! A hard lesson to learn and why dealerships have the old reputation they have. BTW. I’m 71 years old, this should have never happened..,,Stupid me! More
