I saw a Mitsubshi Eclipse Spyder on the Westbury Jeep website and loved it. Joe gave me info when I called and I made arrangements to come to see it and then helped me get a really good deal. I am so pleased with my experience at Westbury Jeep. My salesman Alex not only knew everything about my car, he took the time to explain why he was doing what he was doing every step of the way. He was open to negotiation on my trade in and went out of his way to make sure the whole transaction went off without a hitch. The finance guy I met with, Bobbie, was also very knowledgeable and helpful. He didnt try to push options on me - he explained each one and what it offered and accepted my decisions. I had been to another dealer previously (different make of car) and that experience left me expecting lies, stupidity and a hassle everywhere I went. Westbury Jeep, Alex and Bobbie, were polar opposites of that. I highly recommend them both if you're interested in a Jeep Chrysler or Dodge. Incidentally, guys, when it comes time for my Challenger, I know where I'll be looking. Westbury Jeep!!! More

Even though I did not wind up purchasing my new car from Westbury Dodge, the service I received while I was shopping was great. I recently decided to trade my challenger in for a new ram 1500. The ram is just more practical especially with snow coming in the near future. I have had many bad experiences with other Long Island Dodge dealers and buying a new car is usually an all day stressful event. Westbury Jeep was completley different. Phil took care of me right away. I explained my situation, presented the ad from westburydeals.com & a corresponding stock number fully expecting to get the old "that just sold" routine. Phil came back and told me it was available at the advertised price. I was amazed. Phil took the time out to take myself and my whole family over to the lot to look at the truck. There was no pressure, no slight of hand, no bs. Phil even came in on his day off to deliver the truck. The atmosphere at WBJ was laid back, and they made the whole buying process fun. Phil even baked some cookies for us while we waited to do financing. I have never had a salesman do that ever. I then met with Bobby Baweja and we went over monthly payment, add-ons etc. He was a true professional, completely honest, and got me a great intrest rate on the loan. My biggest disappointment was the price offered on my trade as I felt it was on the low end. All in all it was a great experience, and I would reccomend WBJ. More

I tried, in vain, several times to use the automated system when returning my leased vehicle; however, I was spinning my wheels to no where. When I explained my plight to Jacob, he sprang into action and helped me through the process. When I decided I wanted to purchase my vehicle, Bobby "put the cherry on top" by getting me a decent financial package--even with a not-so-perfect credit score. I love when people are upfront and professional at the same time. I appreciated what they were able to do and I am driving my 300 Chrysler and loving every minute of it. I do work for MTA and I have put their cards in our showcase at work. I am sure there will be other people who will benefit from my experience. Once again, thank you so much for the help! More

Had wanted a Jeep Patriot and after many positive reviews I e-mailed several dealers. Westbury Jeep came up with the best deal so I went in last Thursday. Told him about the deal I had been e-mailed and he took care of everything. He & Bobby, the finance mgr., made the experience quite hassle free and I picked up my car this past Saturday.
