This is my 3rd car with Stamford ford Lincoln and I always Dealt with Lena. She is so nice and friendly. The dealership is clean and very organized. On Average Over a Period of Years Very Good Service I have been taking my 2010 Milan to Stanford Ford since it was new, so that is ten years. My overall experience has been very good. Scott Ferrara is an excellent man in the Service Department. I would say he is a "5 star" guy; most of the others are good too, even though there have been some minor slips which weren't that bad. I keep coming here because I have confidence in their work. That says a lot. I am a picky guy. More

Lena is extremely helpful Lena introduced the car buying process to me, and made it extremely simple to do so. She taught me a lot of brand new things about buying a new car. Exceeded my expectations after a mild disappointment. Good customer service is expected. A business earns great customer service in my mind when they are able to recover from a mistake. We all make mist Good customer service is expected. A business earns great customer service in my mind when they are able to recover from a mistake. We all make mistakes. I recently dropped my car off for service ( check engine light) and was picking up a loaner. My appt. was 10am and because the loaner wasnt ready in time i ended up leaving at 1130. The car i got had tp be retrieved somewhere offsite and needed a dealer plate installed. Considering the car had 54 miles on it when i got it, my assumption is that it was a new loaner not yet prepped for service. It was dissapointing but i continued withmy day. Bob Zvon was my service advisor and was very apologetic. Through the repair he kept me up to date on my car and effectively set my expectation of completion. The tech diagnosed the car quickly and linked the issue back to a break in the main wire harness. Bob called me when my car was completeand advised me the would be NO CHARGE for the service because of my earlier troubles! Would highly recommend. More
