Bob Whay in F & I was great and made sure we had the products that fit our needs. And Tahj (not Mahal) Grimes was so fun. He helped us navigate the new, amazing electrinonics and did it with humor and spirit. It was just an overall great experience. More

I recently totaled my car and was told I only had 7 days to find a new car unless I wanted to pay out of pocket for a rental. My dream car is a Yukon or Tahoe, but I also enjoyed the looks of the X3 or x5. I went to one other dealership and was not impressed with the customer service. So I left and stopped by BMW of West St.Louis. Jason happened to be standing by the door with the owner, and I named them princess 1 and 2 because it was raining and they weren’t about to go outside. Come to find out, they just wanted to make sure I didn’t feel bombarded by salesmen as soon as I got there. We gave them a run for their money with all my sass, and I’m now the owner of a BMW X3. Thanks for humoring me Jason, and dishing it right back! It made the process a whole lot less stressful, I’m in happy with my decision! Shawn, I mean (bob) from finance department was incredible too. Thoroughly explaining everything to me and all the warranties I could purchase and which one he would do if I were his daughter. So thank you so much Jason, Craig, and Bob for your amazing customer service! I’ll be back! More

Great experience I was in the market for a CPO vehicle and saw one on Cars.com at BMW West St. Louis. As a walked to the building a tall gentleman greeted me with a ha I was in the market for a CPO vehicle and saw one on Cars.com at BMW West St. Louis. As a walked to the building a tall gentleman greeted me with a handshake and welcomed me to the dealership. Turns out it was the owner, Craig Suntrup! I have purchased a lot of cars at a lot of dealerships and this is the first time I knew who owned the place let alone being greeted by him. My salesperson Veronica Tran was also great and really went to bat for me to get me the deal I was looking for after only one negotiation. Not the usual back and forth five times between the salesperson and the sales manager. Bob Whay also made the financial transaction seamless. Overall great people and great dealership. More
