Totally positive from beginning to end. We met our sales consultant when we bought a pre-owned vehicle in Jan.2018. 6 months later we traded that car in & bought 2 others. We stayed with the same salesman, because he put all the deals together to meet our needs & treated us so well.. So did any other staff that we dealt with. We are also pleased with the condition of the vehicles. I wouldn't want to buy a pre-owned vehicle privately in today's world. I trust dealing with CMP. More

Regret my choice in buying here I recently purchased a used but basically brand new ram from the pre owned area which everyone there was wonderful until i had the displeasure of deal I recently purchased a used but basically brand new ram from the pre owned area which everyone there was wonderful until i had the displeasure of dealing with the service center. It all started with a puncture in the tire that had been acting up since the original purchase day. I called the service department who told me to deal with goodyear who sent me back to service to another service advisor that didn't even deal with that area then back to them and this went on for 2 days!!! Finally the pre owned sales manager helped me out. So forward to when i went to get it fixed. I specifically asked if i should book an appointment was told no it would be 45 minutes....yeah thats a load of horsesh** . It took 3 hours and when i inquired about my truck i got the same piss poor attitude from the service advisor as i did from the moment i walked in. I also had the protection plan which id like to use so i reluctantly called the service department to book and they sent me on another chase of push the job to someone else. Yes they give 10 free oil changes with my truck purchase but honestly i would rather send them back and take my business else where! This is the worst service department EVER! Would never buy from them again! Bob Thompson, Ryan King, Jonathan and also Austin in the used center are incredible and give me a bit of respect for this dealership More

Great Sales Service We were just searching for a good deal if one happened to come up. I outlined my criteria with Bob and he was very attentive in listening to our needs We were just searching for a good deal if one happened to come up. I outlined my criteria with Bob and he was very attentive in listening to our needs and wants. When a vehicle matching our needs and wants became available he made sure to let me know promptly. This all happened in a very busy week at work and personal life. Understanding our time limitations they leant us the vehicle for the day while we completed our chores. We discussed a fair trade and pricing on the vehicle in a no nonsense manner and came to a fair compromise quickly. Once we agreed on the terms we met with the business manager Juan and completed the paperwork in short order. They got us excellent terms and discuss extended warranty, in a very quick and business like manner. Excellent service with no hassle. I recommend dealing with CMP. More

Awsome Bob was very noligable and quick on finding what I wanted I a vehicle.
