I have been to many local used car dealerships over the last several months, since I had some time to make a decision I wanted to choose the best car I could find in my price range. After visiting Auto Direct and then shopping around I realized that no one out there beat Auto Direct in these areas: The selection of cars is amazing, there were several that fit my budget that I had to choose from. There was absolutely no salesman pressure! They were there and helped when they were asked, but they allowed me the time to wander the lot which was a welcome relief compared to other places I had been!. And most importantly, once you know what you want, Chad leads you through EVERY step. He advised me on some issues where I truly felt he had my best interest in mind. I was never told what I needed to do, I was told to let them know what I needed and they made sure it got done! When I picked my car up a couple little issues were attended to promptly and with great care by Bob. I feel confident that I can go back to Chad or Bob with any last question or issue that may arise and I will be met with the same great service and quality care! A friend who was with me when I picked up my car was so impressed he is already planning on contacting Chad soon for a truck! I will be sure to refer anyone looking for a used car to Auto Direct More

Wonderful experience! The customer service at Auto Direct is superb. We were looking for a minivan in a certain price range and they only showed us minivans in our price range. We were not pressured to fin is superb. We were looking for a minivan in a certain price range and they only showed us minivans in our price range. We were not pressured to finance through them or to purchase something above our budget. My husband and I were shopping for a minivan for a month and no other dealerships even compare to Auto Direct. We arrived at Auto direct cars in midst of a snow storm. There were so many vehicles on the lot that at first I thought we had the wrong place. After asking us if we needed any help he offered to get us the keys to the two cars we had narrowed our search down to. I would have to say we were dealt with very promptly and professionally, and the selection of vehicles was quite extensive. We are more than pleased with our purchase. More

My husband & I visited Auto Direct Cars to look for a car for our sons. They had a good amount of cars in the price range we were looking for. We dealt initially with Rob & he was very patient & we were car for our sons. They had a good amount of cars in the price range we were looking for. Of course we couldn't make a decision that day but the next day we called & said we wanted the car. That was on a Monday & we picked up the car on Wednesday. Bob & Chad also helped us when we picked the car up & everything went very smoothly. It took less than an hour to do the paperwork. It was a very nice, no pressure experience & we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. We bought a 2002 Ford Escape. More

I was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The salesman, Rob, was patient and helpful. I was able to test drive two vehicles. The company is family owned and the owner, Bob, personally saw that our questions were answered, that we had our needs were met, and that our overall experience was a good one. Bob went above and beyond in his customer service and I was very appreciative of his help. At the end of the day it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The vehicles on the lot were also in good condition and the price was fair. I have already recommend this dealer to 4 people. I bought a 2000 Ford Focus from this dealership. More

At first I wasn't too keen on shopping at a used car lot, but after seeing the cars on their site and the good reviews that others gave, i knew i would have to check them out. The staff was incredibly h lot, but after seeing the cars on their site and the good reviews that others gave, i knew i would have to check them out. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, they didn't hound us for one seceond. As soon as I was ready for a test drive someone promtly brought out the keys and we got going. I was impressed with all of the cars in stock, the prices were good, and there was no added pressure from the staff. It's safe to say that the only hard part was for me to choose a car, if I had money for 2 I would have bought 2! Thanks to Auto Direct Cars i'm back on the road in beautiful 2003 Volkswagen Passat wagon GLX and i'm loving it. Check these guys out, you will not regret it, I promise. More

I just recently bought 06 ACURA RSX, the car I've been looking for years, when I first got there I couldn't believe all the great cars they had, when I saw the car I was looking for i knew i had to c been looking for years, when I first got there I couldn't believe all the great cars they had, when I saw the car I was looking for i knew i had to check it out...the price was good for the milage for the car and the stuff included in the car such as dvd/cd player with a reverse camera in the back...I went and talked to Chad he was very polite and wanted to do bussiness with me just because how bad i want this car...I told him i would come back the next day to check and test drive the car, i told him if he could hold the car for me so i could come the next n try to get the car, and he said yeah and he did just that...i drove the car and i was very pleased so i talked with Chad what i needed to do in order to make this car mine..i barely had any credit n my co signers didnt work..Bob told me that Chad wont stop till there is nothing left in order to get this car for me...and Chad just did that for me, he tried,tried,tried and it was SUCCESS!...it was tottaly worth waiting for...this place really wants you to get the car if you really want it unlike some other dealerships where they just look n see if they can help if not they dont care..but not like this place, this place tried tried and tried because they knew how bad i want this car...THANKS CHAD AND BOB for everything it was something amazing happened when i got this car..even got my mom tearing up when everything worked out for us...all i can say is Thank you! My name is Leo McCaskill, I called about a 2000 Buick Lesabre Limited. It had 67,000 miles on it and is in excellent condition. When I called Bob I did not have the money for the car. I explained to him that I would have the money in about 3 weeks. He was straight forward and very understanding he assured me that he would hold the car for me and he did. I took him the money a few weeks later and now I am a proud owner of the car! I am very happy and will be taking family and friends back to see Bob and his family to purchase vehicles of their own.
