From the inception of the deal, which I might add was predicated solely on price, Rizza went above and beyond. I called several dealerships and requested an OTD price on a 2014 Fusion Hybrid with only 1 predicated solely on price, Rizza went above and beyond. I called several dealerships and requested an OTD price on a 2014 Fusion Hybrid with only 1 option. One cannot believe the range of responses or prices I received from other dealerships. However, Rizza gave me the information I requested. Secondly, the negotiation process was efficiently handled over the phone by the internet sales department. Joe handled my first contact and got the ball rolling. When I told Joe I would call back in a few hours with my decision, he said he was off but he would make some notes for Miles . I immediately thought... "oh, here comes the 159th St. shuffle". Much to my amazement, When I called Miles he knew exactly where we were at in the deal and the process continued seamlessly culminating in a sale less than 24 hours later. I might add Miles had to call Gary at home to get final approval. Again, this was all handled efficiently over the phone and a couple of emails. Kudos to Rizza for realizing that the car buying process is evolving and need not be the long torturous ordeal some houses make it. Finally, upon arriving at Rizza to close the deal I was welcomed enthusiastically. With only one exception the staff was superb. In closing, Rizza respected my time, and they did what they said they would do... really what more could one ask for? As Tony Rizza said when we were discussing the deal "you're happy...we're happy". I was very pleased with my experience at Joe Rizza Ford in Orland Park. My salesman, Mike Precin, was very professional and was considerate of my time. The entire process went smooth. Our salesman was Frank Herrera. He did everything he could to earn our business. He was very informative and helpful throughout the entire sales process and helped us setup our Bluetooth phone with Sync could to earn our business. Frank stayed pass closing time on two separate occasions to help us with the vehicle. He even threw in a full complimentary tank of gas and a complimentary oil change for our new vehicle. We received a great value from Frank and Gary Precin. Gary Precin is a very friendly, professional, and personable individual who works hard on building a customer relationship and approving great sales prices. Bob Rosson is top-notch and committed to product quality and customer service excellence. It really shows that Bob puts his customer satisfaction first. I pick up a genuine warmth and caring attitude from Bob. Bob clearly explained the optional warranty, sourced our after-market running boards, seal coatings, and made sure any scratches were buffed out or repaired. Bob ensured that our demo vehicle was restored to showroom quality before final delivery. Bill from finance (didn't get his last name) was also patient with us and clearly outlined all the financial details within our sales contract so that we clearly understood everything. Overall the sales and service of our Ford vehicle from Rizza Ford was extremely satisfying. More

I have purchased my new cars from this dealership for over 20 years. I have never walked away dissapointed and have always gotten great prompt service with my cars afterwards.
