Best Salesman & Customer Service I just purchased a 2014 Crosstrek from Dan Lidestri at Liberty Subaru in Emerson. Before I arrived to speak to Dan I could not make up my mind if I w I just purchased a 2014 Crosstrek from Dan Lidestri at Liberty Subaru in Emerson. Before I arrived to speak to Dan I could not make up my mind if I wanted to purchase a Subaru or a Volkswagen. Dan was very informative, patient and not pushy like other car salesmen and he was extremely helpful. His customer service was excellent. Dan was the kind of salesman that made you feel comfortable buying a car and was not aggressive or pushy. I realized after speaking to Dan that the Subaru would be a much better vehicle for me than the Volkswagen and decided to purchase the Crosstrek. I have told my friends if they decide to buy a Subaru they should go to Liberty and ask for Dan Lidestri. I also had a good experience with Tom Portee and Bob Osterlof both men were very informative and nice to deal with. Thank you again Dan I love my Crosstrek. Denise More

Outstanding experience I just got my custom ordered WRX on Monday. Almost 3 weeks sooner than they said I would have it. And it is brilliant. Dave Finkel was my salesman. Not only was he knowledgeable but so enthusiastic and personable, I feel like I made a friend for life. I met him when I was there getting my old Legacy serviced. We emailed back and forth for a few weeks before I ordered. He got me a great price, kept me updated and seemed to really share in my own delight at owning this amazing car. Bob in service is awesome also. This is my family's 7th Subaru from Liberty, and we get them serviced there also. Bob always makes me feel like he takes my concerns seriously. I have been to other mechanics that make me feel like they think I am just a dumb woman. Bob never makes me feel like that. He is truly the best. I can't recommend this dealership enough. Even though they have grown over the years, they still retain that small company feeling. I have been and will continue to be their customer forever. It is worth the travel for me to go to Emerson when there are other dealerships much closer to my home. I am more than satisfied. Thank You Liberty Subaru Family. Oh, and I LOVE my car. Simply the Best around!! We have been dealing with Liberty Subaru since 2006. We were initially referred to them from a good friend of ours who purchased an Impreza wagon from Alex Welch at the time and was very pleased with his experience with them. We have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from them (06 STI, 06 Forester, 09 Forester, 09 Tribeca) and have been pleased with every transaction we have made with them. They are friendly, honest, patient, just an all around great buying experience. There is never pressure to buy with them, and they don't slip in hidden fees or costs (Ramsey) or try to charge you for things that come standard on the vehicle to begin with (Orangeburg). They have also met and/or beat any prices we have brought to the "negotiation table". We have referred countless people to them who have also purchased vehicles from them and were very pleased with their experience at Liberty. Great Dealership, Great Staff. We will continue to purchase and refer our friends, family, co-workers and anyone else that asks us about our Subaru. We are in no way affiliated with or work for Liberty Subaru. I was introduced to Liberty when my more local Subaru dealer could not resolve a problem I was having with my 1988 hatchback. To this day, I look to Bob and his guys to diagnose and treat my automotive "patients." More

my 4th Subaru from liberty I found d Liberty when my Subaru required service. Found a team of service and sales people I trust. The current car is my favorite. Last year I needed a motor for the windshield wiper. It wasn't in stock. Service went on line and sent me to another dealer who had it! Who does that? Oh and they are totally pet friendly. More

Tremendous service We had a problem with our Subaru overheating in Massachusetts. A not so reputable service technician tried to tell us we needed a $1500 head gasket. I We had a problem with our Subaru overheating in Massachusetts. A not so reputable service technician tried to tell us we needed a $1500 head gasket. I called Bob at Liberty and he told me to put water in the radiator and bring it to him . Bob replaced the radiator, and we saved $1200. Our 2001 Outback now has 155K miles, We service it at Liberty every 5K miles. I ask Bob to check for anything we may need to repair, they are very honest, and most times we don't need to do anything. I think they are the most honest dealer in the country. We have a 2012 Outback and I ordered the new 2015 Lagecy seden from Clayton, he is great. Larry More
